Carlo Ancelotti Reacts to Gap Between Barcelona and Real Madrid in La Liga Table
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has insisted they will fight for the La Liga title as they find themselves behind Barcelona in the race for it.
Speaking ahead of Real Madrid’s La Liga fixture with Valencia, Carlo Ancelotti insisted that Real Madrid will fight for all the titles they can possibly win this season.
The 2023 January transfer window has already closed, and Real Madrid did not make any additions to their squad during the window.
Carlo Ancelotti said they did not sign players in the January transfer window because they did not need to.
“We have not gone to the market because we have not needed it. If you carry out good planning, it is not necessary to go to the market. We have thought that it was not necessary to intervene in the winter market because the squad is fine,” Carlo Ancelotti said.
Meanwhile, the match between Real Madrid and Valencia, which is played at Santiago Bernabeu, will kick off at 1:30 am Indian Standard Time on February 3. Real Madrid will be aiming to earn all three points from the fixture and maintain pressure on Barcelona, who got the better of Real Betis 2-1 in their last match in the Spanish top-flight.
