Jorginho is among the most talented midfielders in the Premier League. He joined Chelsea from Napoli during the summer transfer window of 2018. The Italy international has played 213 games (in all competitions) for the Blues thus far, registering 29 goals and nine assists. He helped Chelsea win one UEFA Champions League trophy, among other honours. Jorginho was part of FIFA FIFPro World11 in 2021.

The Italian is currently in the final year of his contract at Stamford Bridge. However, the Blues are still going to demand a significant transfer fee to sell him.
He has managed to start just four Premier League games this term. The 25-year-old defender could leave the Emirates Stadium for regular game time this window.
Meanwhile, Arsenal will look to sign Real Valladolid’s Ivan Fresneda if Tierney leaves this month. The 18-year-old has established himself among the most promising full-back in La Liga this season. He has played 10 league games so far this term.
Arsenal are currently at the top of the Premier League table, with 50 points from 19 games. They will look to lift the league title this term. The Gunners will next lock horns against Everton in a league game at Goodison Park on February 4.
