Lionel Messi has heaped praise on Argentina national football team manager Lionel Scaloni after their progression to the final of the FIFA World Cup 2022.

Messi provided a beautiful assist for Julian Alvarez to tap home their third goal of the match. Argentina then comfortably saw off the fixture to secure their passage to FIFA World Cup 2022 final.
Speaking after the match, Lionel Messi lavished praise on Lionel Scaloni, who he said leaves nothing to chance.
“Scaloni had said it – he knows how to suffer when he must suffer, read the games, when to withdraw and when to press. He is a very good coach who leaves nothing to chance.
“He shows you every detail and then it happens. We knew the game was going to be this way and that’s why we didn’t worry.”
