Real Madrid Are Interested in Roma Striker Tammy Abraham
Real Madrid are keen to bolster their attack for next season. According to Defense Central, they have identified Tammy Abraham as an option. They want to sign the former Chelsea striker in the coming summer.
However, it will be difficult to find an adequate replacement for the Frenchman. This is because Benzema not only scores goals but he also links the attack for Los Blancos. While his presence as a leader in the dressing room is also very important for the Spanish side.
The Roma forward came through the youth ranks at Chelsea. He eventually broke into the first team because of the transfer ban. The Blues also handed him the No. 9 jersey as well.
However, he wasn’t able to nail down a place in the starting place. He scored 15 goals in his debut season for Chelsea. But, despite his presence, the Blues signed Oliver Giroud and Timo Werner.

This season he has only scored five goals. He has struggled for form and consistency this season. Thus, Roma could look to cash him off in the summer. The Italian side will be looking to get a profit on his sale. He was signed for a fee of £34 million from Chelsea.
Abraham is unlikely to be the only option for Los Blancos. It has also been reported that they are interested in Marcus Thuram as well. The Frenchman currently plays Borussia Mönchengladbach.
He will be available as a free agent this summer. Thus he represents an economic singing. Also, he is only 25 years old and he is yet to reach his prime form. He also made a cameo in the World Cup in Qatar for France against Argentina.
This season he has posted decent numbers as well. So far 17 appearances in all competitions he has scored 13 goals and further provided 4 assists. Not only this he is versatile enough to play anywhere across the frontline.
