Thomas Tuchel’s Armando Broja decision may have decided striker’s Chelsea future
Armando Broja has returned to Chelsea following a very promising loan spell at Southampton.
The striker has attracted a lot of interest from Premier League clubs following his spell on the south coast.
The report claims that Broja will not be going on tour with Chelsea.
Thomas Tuchel has told the striker he would rather he stayed in London and trained at Cobham.
The 21-year-old was hoping to show the German coach what he could do but he looks unlikely to get that chance now.
Broja’s representatives have made it clear to the Blues hierarchy that if he is not part of the club’s pre-season plans, he wants to leave immediately.
The club responded by informing him that Tuchel appreciates him but feels he will be able to prepare better in London, but the striker disagrees.
If Broja was to leave Chelsea, he has plenty of Premier League suitors including West Ham and Everton.
He is keen to stay in London, with the Hammers ready to offer Chelsea what they want.
Broja wants to decide his future within the next week.
