New Real Madrid signings are on the cards next summer as Los Blancos already begin plans for the next season.
Real Madrid have got off to a fantastic start in the 23/24 campaign, with Carlo Ancelotti and co. sitting atop the La Liga points table. With 24 points from nine matches – eight wins and one defeat – Real Madrid are two points clear of second-placed Girona in La Liga points table.
Real Madrid also lead defending champions Barcelona by three points. Barca sit third in the La Liga table, with 21 points from nine matches. Real Madrid have also kicked off their campaign in the Champions League with two wins in two games. They defeated Union Berlin in their opening match in the group stage and got the better of Napoli in the second game.
While enjoying a fantastic, Real Madrid are also thinking about the next season and new signings they should make.
Kylian Mbappe has been a long-time target for Real Madrid. He has been linked with a move to Real Madrid several times in the last few years. His current contract with Paris Saint-Germain expires at the end of the 23/24 season.
However, it is not certain that Kylian Mbappe will join Real Madrid next season. Reports have suggested Mbappe could sign a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain that would extend his stay at the French club beyond the expiry of the current deal.
Meanwhile, Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies could become a new Real Madrid signing as the club look to add a left-back to the squad. Relevo reports that Real Madrid have a notable preference for the Bayern Munich star.
Real Madrid currently have Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez as options in the right-back department. Vasquez’s contract expires at the end of the season while Carvajal only has less than two years left on his deal with the club.
