Bruno Fernandes is ‘the Boss Again’ at Man Utd Following Cristiano Ronaldo’s Exit, Claims Patrice

Patrice Evra has claimed that Bruno Fernandes is “the boss again” at Manchester United after the Red Devils parted ways with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s second stint at Manchester United – which began after he re-signed for the Red Devils in the summer transfer window of 2021 – came to an end when the Old Trafford outfit terminated his contract by mutual consent in November this year.

The decision to part ways with Cristiano Ronaldo came following the 37-year-old’s controversial and explosive interview with Piers Morgan. Ronaldo criticized Manchester United, manager Erik ten Hag, and many others in the interview with Piers Morgan.

Former Manchester United captain Patrice Evra believes Bruno Fernandes has again become the main man at the Old Trafford outfit following Cristiano Ronaldo’s departure from the club.

He is the one taking the free kicks, the one taking the corner kicks and I am sorry, that is what Bruno Fernandes needs.

Meanwhile, Bruno Fernandes has largely been impressive for Manchester United in the 22/23 season. The Portuguese attacker has featured in 22 games for the Old Trafford outfit so far in the 22/23 season.

Of the 22 appearances, 14 came in the Premier League, with Bruno Fernandes starting in every single one of them.

The Portugal international has been a regular fixture in the Man Utd lineup. The only game he missed in the Premier League this season was against Aston Villa, and that was due to suspension.

Bruno Fernandes has also scored three goals and registered three assists for Manchester United in the 22/23 season. The 28-year-old will be aiming to continue starring for Manchester United and help the Red Devils achieve their objectives.
