Napoli Transfer News: Club Set to Sign Tanguy Ndombele on Loan
Napoli transfer news: Gli Azzurri is set to sign Tanguy Ndombele from Tottenham Hotspur on a loan deal.

Gli Azzurri has made a host of signings in the summer transfer window. The Serie A side has signed 35-year-old goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu on a free transfer on a one-year deal with the option to extend it by another year.
Napoli have also signed 22-year-old centre-back Leo Östigard from Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion on a four-year contract. They further bolstered their defensive department with the addition of 24-year-old left-back Mathías Olivera, who joined the club on a five-year deal.
Luciano Spalletti’s side have also acquired the services of Min-Jae Kim, joining from Fenerbahçe on a three-year contract. Napoli have also signed André Zambo Anguissa on a permanent deal from Fulham, also on a four-year contract. The 26-year-old midfielder had already spent the previous at Napoli, on loan from Fulham.
They have also reinforced their attacking department with the addition of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. The 21-year-old Georgian winger has joined Napoli on a five-year contract.
Tottenham signed Ndombele from Lyon in a club-record deal in 2019. Ndombele has since featured in 91 matches for Spurs and has scored 10 goals for the north London outfit.
Ndombele spent the second half of last season on loan at his former side Lyon. The French midfielder racked up 15 appearances for the Ligue 1 side during his short loan spell at the club.
Ndombele has not featured for the Spurs this season. Antonio Conte did not include the midfielder in the squads for the Spurs’ two Premier League games they have played so far this season – against Southampton and Chelsea.
